Analyze, design and implement enhancements to existing in-house systems as well as addressing functional problems from initial investigation through design, coding and implementation. In addition, the individual must develop systems analysis documents and write functional requirements, identify technical solutions and create specifications for programmers/developers. Reporting to the CFO, the Director will be directly involved in the company’s ecommerce and overall business strategy.<p>
Experience: Responsible for various system projects, including but not limited to new system implementations, current system enhancements, internal and external application upgrades, and investment application development.<br>
Ecommerce – provide technical support to manage a retail website <br>
Enhance and maintain the primary system used to manage direct marketing business. <br>
Maintain and modify complex programs and subsystems, a Visual C++ system utilizing SQL 2005. <br>
Manage a mid-size network infrastructure utilizing Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and Macintosh OSX 10.4 and above.<br>
Provide technical support for applications that are in production including the identification and evaluation of system and related production problems.<br>
Prepare the department’s annual operating and capital expenditure budget.<p>
