We have an immediate need for a Network Engineer.
General description
Network operations support. Support the product installations and Service Level3 for Network LAN and WAN implementations. Work with new
and existing customers to implement a secure WAN connection
via VPNs for product offering.
Network Engineer Responsibilities
. Work with Internet providers to acquire Broadband solution
. Interact closely with customer from requirements gathering
through implementation.
. Ensure correct LAN/WAN configuration and implementation
for installations team.
. Interact with development team to implement appropriate
WAN/LAN design.
. Document site configuration
. Configure, troubleshoot and resolve router and LAN issues
during installation.
. Troubleshoot and resolve any network specific theatre
LAN, Internet or infrastructure issues
. 4th Level support for Installations and Service and
support team for field network issues
. Pro-active monitoring of network operations.
. Improving current tool set.
