Desktop Support professional needed to provide frontline level support to end users on all IT related issues. The ideal candidate will have experience installing, repairing and troubleshooting PC's and peripherals, including printers, scanners, laptops and monitors. The Desktop Support Technician must be proficient supporting a variety of Windows operating systems in a network environment including Windows XP/2000, MS Office Suite 2000 and company specific software. In addition, you will communicate with Vendors and IT Staff to assist with IT purchasing needs, respond to phone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Minimum of 3-5 years experience a must!
