Basic Function:As part of the Lending Services Department, this position provides reporting and technical support to the Commercial Lending Services area through the generation of reports and basic maintenance and uploads into customized databases.Responsibilities:- Develops and maintains regularly scheduled, as well as ad hoc, management reporting, using various reporting tools such as SAS, Excel, Access and Monarch.- Provides reporting expertise to departmental projects as required. Organizes, filters and sorts data to be used for analysis during projects. Develops plans, specifications and test plans for various projects throughout the department.- Learns and understands users needs, and makes recommendations to improve processes and database reporting by exploring needs and creating efficiencies.Basic Qualifications:- Minimum 3-4 years related business experience- Proficiency with Microsoft Access and Excel.- Proven customer service experience.- Proven organizational and time management skills.- Basic Programming.Ideal Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.- SAS Programming.
