Server Operator (UNIX, Tivoli and Intel) 3rd shift in Poughkeepsie, NY
Server Operator working in a Command Center environment. Responsible for server and batch monitoring using Tivoli Tec,Tivoli TWS, and Tivoli Maestro. Operators are also responsible for in depth monitoring of several critical commercial SAP Instances. Recovery Operators are to take steps to try to resolve issues with batch jobs, Intel, and UNIX type servers. Communication skills both written and verbal are very important. Ideal candidate has UNIX, Intel and basic IBM systems experience. 3rd shift hours no week ends, on call or travel will be required for this opportunity. 12 month contract.
