The candidate will be the main point of contact for internal application support - fielding questions and solving complex problems- on a dynamic web-based application. As well, the candidate will assist in identifying requirements and testing to those requirements.
Candidate must be able to manage multiple projects, be well organized, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the flexibility and adaptability to work in a constantly changing environment
Experience: What you'll do
• Provide second-line support to internal users; Problem-solve and respond to product questions/issues, and escalate as necessary
• Test new software and bug fixes
• Assist in creating and executing test plans for both manual and QA testing
• Assist in managing and documenting product requirements for the team's use
• Learn the users’ business needs and apply this knowledge when designing and testing new products/features
