RESPONSIBILITIES:
§Manage all technology client services provided by DPW, DCP, EIT, and Disney’s outsourcing supplier(s) in support of Publishing's requirements
§Ensure common services and technologies, such as wireless networking, VOIP, desktop applications are properly deployed for DPW offices
§Approve all hardware procurement requests to appropriate vendor (ACS and/or IBM) for DPW locations (including White Plains, New York, Northampton & remote offices)
§Approve all software purchase requests for DPW North America from order inception to invoice preparation for payment
§Manage printer equipment procurement, maintenance and repairs with outsourced vendor (HP) for New York, White Plains and Northampton locations
§Monitor usage of video conferencing vendor services
§Ensure a clear communication process among key stakeholders, attend relevant meetings and maintain status reports of deliverables
§Prepare regular analysis of outstanding tickets for review and escalation to DCP TRM (Technical Relationship Manager) if necessary
§Guide users to the appropriate technical support for all supported software, hardware, applications and connectivity issues
§Interface with Facilities and Human Resource departments to effectively onboard new hires
This position manages the DPW IT staff responsible for supporting the tasks above, as well as:
§Payment of any IT/Digital Publishing department invoices (telecom, software maintenance)
§Maintaining the software library (tracking licenses and media storage)
§Confirming DPW asset inventory in order to reconcile with outsourcing invoices
§Providing IT support for executive presentations

Experience: ?At least five years of demonstrated technical project management and supervisory experience
?Excellent oral and written communication skills (able to articulate complex ideas in succinct, business terms without the use of technical jargon)
?Must have strong interpersonal skills, able to work independently and as a member of a project team
?Proven ability to track and prioritize multiple assignments
?Experience working with outsourcing organizations
?Detail oriented with good problem solving skills
?Ability to successfully interact with executive management, application development teams, outsourcing suppliers, and creative personnel
