<h2><font color="teal"> Senior Business Systems Analyst - Accounting Systems </font></h2>
<p>We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with experience working to support accounting groups. This person will analyze accounting requirements in order to ensure that the project team can develop solutions that meet the customer’s real needs; minimize requirement defects up front, establish and maintain agreement between the customer and project team on requirements for the project deliverables.</p>
<h3><font color="midnightblue"> Requirements:</font></h3>
<ul>
<li>Background in financial systems with familiarity of generally accepted accounting principles</li>
<li> 5 to 7 years prior experience as a BA</li>
<li> Familiar with modeling techniques; functional decomposition diagrams, data flow diagrams, conceptual and logical entity relationship diagrams, workflow diagrams, use cases </li>
</ul>
<h3><font color="midnightblue"> Day to Day:</font></h3>
<ul>
<li> Meets and works with project business sponsors, software end-users, applications development staff, and others as necessary to perform assignments.</li>
<li> Assists with project planning, including methods, processes, tasks, schedules</li>
<li> Manages multiple priorities, customer expectations and relationships with all stakeholders including IT staff and business staff. Manages relationships with customers, project managers, and any/all levels of management</li>
