Ajilon Consulting is seeking multiple Business Analysts to support our client in their move to a new packaged applications environment. This will include integration with other back office broker dealer, portfolio and cost accounting applications. The applications could include RedI2, Klein or Vestmark.
Your responsibilities will include:
. Meeting with the user community to determine and document requirements for the integration of the new applications, the current and future state of the applications, gap analysis between the current and future state, as well as the plans to get there
. Requirements documentation could include ERDs and BRDs
. Creation of project plans for the project in MS Project.
Experience: . 5+ years related experience
. Strong experience as a user liaison meeting with users, documenting requirements, creating Entity Relationship Diagrams, Business Requirement Documents, Test Plans and Project Plans
. Strong knowledge of financial and management accounting and reporting standards and policies
. Strong knowledge and understanding of business and operational process across Financial and Product Systems
. Strong Experience in Microsoft Office Tools, especially Powerpoint, MS Project, Excel, Access and Visio
