Our Westchester based client is looking for a Help Desk candidate to join their growing team.
The correct candidate will have the ability to work with clients via e-mail, troubleshoot application issues and either resolve them or escalate them, work in a team environment and possess the drive and ability to learn to go on to the next level in the company.
