Provide support for several applications within Corporate Finance portfolio. - performtechnical and fuctional troubleshooting - resolve issues as reported by userbase
- engage appropriate teams to drive for root cause analysis Act as project resource
for various tasks on upgrades to core Finance systems including Hyperion Enterprise
and Certus (Audit application) - create/manage/execute project plans and schedules
- take direction from project lead on assigned tasks - engage and manage 3rd party
vendors where appropriate - design and document technical and functional solutions.
Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and provide feedback in a
timely manner. Able to work independently and/or as part of a team. Have strong
communication skills in order to work with various technology groups to gather requirements
and coordinate work efforts. Knowledge of MS Office tools a plus. Exposure to Financial
Systems or Finance function a plus. SAP a plus.
