ACCOUNTABILITIES
&#132;&#171; Interface with IT staff and end-users regarding the development of system specifications. Identify and implement solutions, which result in cost reductions and/or revenue enhancements, and enhanced operational efficiencies.<br> </p>

&#132;&#171; Research, analyze, maintain, document, recommend, and implement specific PC software system applications. Modify processes and procedures to solve and supplement systems.<br> </p>

&#132;&#171; Advise and assist departmental users in defining business needs, requirements, and devise solutions.<br> </p>

&#132;&#171; Translate user requests into technical requirements and design.<br> </p>

&#132;&#171; Create and maintain related documentation, and actively provide implementation training as well as on-going application support.<br> </p>

&#132;&#171; Serve as technical liaison between the credit union and third party vendors in defining, designing, and implementing automated systems.
<br> </p>
&#132;&#171; Provide technical assistance to IT staff in the detection and resolution of system problems.<br> </p>

&#132;&#171; Work independently using a pre-defined project plan and maintain detailed level records for all phases of the applications systems and programming activities.<br> </p>

&#132;&#171; Coordinate projects as assigned and prioritized by senior management.<br> </p>

&#132;&#171; Develop implementation plans, including recommendations regarding the allocation of staffing resources and other requirements.<br> </p>

&#132;&#171; Coordinate multiple projects concurrently and influence the decision making process.
<br> </p>
&#132;&#171; Participate in system testing activities.<br> </p>

&#132;&#171; Research business requirements and evaluate vendor products and services.<br> </p>

&#132;&#171; Communicate and report issues, status, and results to management.<br> </p>

&#132;&#171; Design, customize, and generate reports for executives and department managers from various database sources. <br> </p>

&#132;&#171; Create and distribute new procedures and operational alerts to keep staff informed of operational changes.<br> </p>

&#132;&#171; Cross-train designated IT personnel for backup purposes. <br> </p>

&#132;&#171; Participate in Credit Union training programs.

<br> </p>&#132;&#171; Perform any other functions as required by Management<br> </p>
Experience: -College Degree <br> </p>
-5-10 years in a retain Banking environment. <br> </p>
-Experience with MS SQL, MS Offfice Suite including Access, and MS Project.<br> </p>
-Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle<br> </p>
-Understanding of UAT. <br> </p>

Extras:
Experience with TMG (the members group) software
