Primary responsibilities include: desktop support for company world headquartersin NY. This includes: resolving desktop issues,printer, Blackberry, and TREO support,
hard drive replacements,rebuilds, deploying new equiupment and customer orientation,
hub installs, and weekly internal PC equipment moves. Must have the ability to research
technical issues, follow processes, learn quickly, and interact with a diverse population
in a corporate environment.
