Core member of team responsible for the integration, support and enhancement of the product suite. Role includes a high level of interaction with both client and senior management.
Responsibilities Include:
• Member of technical support team, reviewing, analyzing, and resolving production related issues to existing application under the supervision of senior manager
• Collaborate with software development team to provide analysis, design, testing and support
• Participate in the design and development of future product enhancements
• Maintain, support, and develop internal tools
Contract:
Experience: Required Skills:
• Working knowledge of Windows products, including spreadsheets, word
processing, and email
• Basic understanding of system design and development concepts and technologies
• Highly self motivated and directed
• Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
• Excellent Communications skills (Oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
Required Experience:
• BA or BS degree
• 1 - 3 years of related experience including internships
Desired Experience:
• BA or BS in computer science, information science, management
information systems, or business administration or equivalent
combination of education and experience
• Experience working with:
• Active MQ or equivalent messaging technology
• Database technologies – Oracle, SQL
• JAVA
• JIRA or equivalent SDLC tools
• Financial industry experience
