Position Summary: <br> </p>
Analyzing, optimizing and implementation of Sales/Merchandising at my clients main location. Concerning all intercompany processes in SAP including introduction of new procedures/processes or tools. Support and train local employees in SAP and BIS. <br> </p>
Responsibilities: <br> </p>
Processes <br> </p>
• Analyze and assist in improving current processes in the US and implement future processes in collaboration with AG (Germany) <br> </p>
• Assist in evaluating the current processes in Germany and adapt them to the US market<br> </p>
SAP and BIS<br> </p>
• Assist end users in day to day application of AFS and BIS – Front line Helpdesk<br> </p>
• Monitor SAP AFS issues list and conduct weekly meetings<br> </p>
• Install and lead one-on-one trainings and group trainings for both new users and experienced users internally and in cooperation with AG <br> </p>
• Identify and conduct internal training needs as necessary (Internal trainings and trainings required from AG) <br> </p>
• Establish and maintain a SAP manual and process documentation database (Z-drive, access for every employee) <br> </p>
• Create and amend processes to adhere to US market<br> </p>
• All authorization requests for AFS and BIS<br> </p>
Communication
• Communicate information from AG to end-users in a meaningful way<br> </p>
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree <br> </p>
• 5 years of experience (minimum) <br> </p>
• Must be able to work independently/take initiative<br> </p>
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills<br> </p>
• Must be able to prioritize workload <br> </p>
• Ability to multi-task in a busy office environment <br> </p>
• Detail orientated; Self motivated; Fast learner<br> </p>
• Proficient in all Microsoft office programs<br> </p>
• SAP experience a plus<br> </p>
