Experience: Focus will be to provide onsite and remote support of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) users in various US offices. Candidate will work closely with I.T. Headquarters in Hong Kong.<p> Duties will include:<br>
• Test business requirements and assist in UAT, training and US ERP implementation<br>
• After Go-Live, identify and analyze issues brought forth by US user queries<br>
• Perform needed trouble shooting, escalate system issues as needed<br>
• Partner with key business users to assess business needs, challenges and opportunities<br>
• Assist in identifying and closing business process gaps with the IT solutions implemented<p>
Oracle modules supported include: AR, AP, GL, FA, OM, Inventory, PO and Advance Pricing<p>
Required Skills:<br>
• Bachelors degree or equivalent<br>
• At least 2 years of support experience<br>
• Oracle experience including the familiarity with Finance and/or Order Management processes / flows and the underlying technical architecture of the Oracle EBS<p>
