A well known Investment Bank in New York City is looking for a Technical Support Analyst. This is an over night position working 9pm to 7am.

Job Description:

The Private Banking Support Desk provides level one technical support for the 4000+ external clients in the US.

-Must have excellent communication skills.
-Must have experience in finance.
-100% Phone Support

Responsibilities: 24-hour / 7 day client facing support desk with level one support of web portal navigation and secure ID card permissions. Heavy remote access and supporting high level management.

Provide support for Windows XP/2000/2003, HP PC hardware and LAN/WAN connectivity issues.
