We have an immediate need for an EAI Architect

JOB DESCRIPTION

Expected Responsibilities:

- Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) Architects role is to plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the integration of software programs and applications into the organizations information systems.
- This individual is also responsible for testing the interoperability of application modules under development by in-house software development teams.
- Proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and a thorough knowledge of integration best practices are critical to successful performance in this role.
- Should have hands-on experience with various software tools used for system integration, and additionally have an analytical mind-set.


Education/Experience:

- Bachelors degree (masters degree preferred) from an accredited college or university in technology related field and six or more years of application integration experience
- Experience with creating and managing application architectures
- Experience with developing architectural solutions for integration of various software/application components to meet business requirements
- Experience with architecture, design and development of component level integration in a large system using programming tools, and/or data management/connectivity tools
- Scripting on SUN / Solaris and Windows Server platforms
- Programming languages - .NET, Java, UNIX Shell
- Oracle and MS SQL Server database platforms
- Familiar with MS Project or other Project Management Tools
- Project Management skills
- Good communication (verbal and written) skills
- Team player and leadership skills
