We are presently conducting a search for a eDiscovery Subject Matter Expert with strong references and a proven record of success. Our ideal candidate must AT LEAST 8 years of experience as a consultant and/or corporate records manager. Additionally, you must have experience with both paper and electronic records management methodologies for managing electronic records (Documentum & Meridio). You must possess varied experience with selling into and consulting with corporate RM legal and compliance departments as well as experience with the development of retention schedule and disposition rules and digital preservation techniques. In addition you should have knowledge of laws standards and regulations related to RM in FS. You must have experience with RM management consulting, ERM implementation, E-Discovery Preparedness (processes, procedures, tools, etc.) email & file archiving and finally, experience with a product (EMC, Symantec, Autonomy/Zantaz EAS) You must possess a proven track record of success and be able to quickly and accurately analyze processes and technology, then assist to define the focus, strategy, and provide process and technology recommendations. Candidates must be comfortable with implementation, and possess the ability to bring those recommendations to reality. You must be able to gather detailed functional requirements, user experience recommendations, and provide training.
