We have an immediate need for a Systems Specialist w/Intel and VMWare
JOB DESCRIPTION
Analyze multiple applications clusters at customer sites to document upstream and downstream communications, data-flows to external systems, and interdependent processing. The outcome become the input needed for planning which U&I servers, storage devices, networks, etc much all move or be synchronized during each relocation of server clusters.
Ability to translate technical information into concrete diagrams, documentation of work-flows, and task-plans. Windows 200x, VMWare, Solaris, AIX, Linux RedHat HW and OS server platforms are all skills that need to be maximized in order to accomplish accurate planning.
This particular position is for an Intel SME. VMWare knowledge, platespin knowledge
Skills required: Intel SME, VMWare skills, platespin skills, work extremely well in a team environment
*** Ability to work at client site in Rochester, NY ***
W2 Contract for 1 year possibly longer.
