Our client in Rochester, New York needs a very sharp Web R&D Software Engineer a real "go getter" to join the R&D team to explore, develop and exploit leading edge technologies in the areas of B2B integration, web services integration and service oriented architecture.
This resource will leverage a strong web integration development background to lead new technology intitiatives. Software development will be 30-40% of their time as they will need to develop prototypes and do proof of concept work using the new technologies.
Experience: * The person must have a strong web development/integration background and can come from either a MS camp or Java camp.
* They have to be up to date and be the type of person who loves to stay up to date on new technology.
* They must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
* The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience
