BASIC FUNCTION:As part of the Technology division the Sr. Network Analyst will be part of a team that will provide support for and participate in companywide, business specific and departmental projects representing Messaging Services, Network Computing Services, and Technology Infrastructure.RESPONSIBILITIES:Planning, testing, and implementing upgrades, enhancements, patches and releases to messaging services and infrastructure including GroupWise messaging services, AT&T Email firewall, Cisco/Ironport Email encryption, Quest Archive Manager, CA Msg Mgr, List Manager, Blackberry, and the ancillary associated messaging components.Document technical procedures, standards, and configuration settings for the support and monitoring of all messaging services and infrastructure.Provide consulting services for business units, information technology, and individuals in support of their usage of the messaging services infrastructure.Provide general training, knowledge transfer, and cross training to Help Desk and other support services personnel, team members, and cross functional teams to enhance messaging services user acceptance, experience, and usability.Provide testing, certification and validation for all technology infrastructure services upgrades and releases that are used in support of messaging infrastructure.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Microsoft Exchange 2003 or higher administration experienceMicrosoft server 2000 or higher knowledge and experienceDNS and DHCP administration experience and knowledgeExperience in trouble shooting network solutionsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBasic understanding of databases, e.g. – SQL Bachelors Degree or above in a technology field of study or possess at least 5+ years in related Microsoft Exchange environmentIDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:GroupWise administration a plusProject Management skills a plusExperienced in BlackBerry Enterprise Server administrationExperienced in Quest Archive Manager administrationExperienced in CA Message Manager administrationExperience with messaging services protocols, i.e. – SMTP, TLS, SSL, iCAL, POPExperience with message encryption services
