Experience: My client based in Manhattan seeks a Network Security Consultant:
Network security Consultant:
1) Assist with ECC review (both BAU and divestiture), including review and approval.
2) Participate in the review and security design of major company’s, OCIO and divisional IT infrastructure initiatives and technology as engaged, to ensure compliance with security standards at all points of the project lifecycles. This includes OCIO processes, in-depth security architecture reviews of network infrastructures and application architectures as required.
3) Review company’s projects to ensure compliance with company’s security guidance via internal SOW review process.
4) Manage and maintain the Foundstone vulnerability assessment tool for external and internal scanning throughout the year. Coordinate monthly scans as necessary.
5) Perform operating system, network and application vulnerability assessments to identify security exposures in the environment.
6) Provide engineering support for Neoteris SSL VPN solution as necessary for escalation.
