Our client is looking for a J2EE Team lead with Technical Analyst and Real Estate experience. The ideal candidate will be motivated and talented Senior Developer/Technical Analyst for a challenging role in their real estate roadmap program. The candidate will also be responsible J2EE/Portal based break fix work and supporting existing real estate and mortgage systems. The candidate must be capable of performing the following functions:
- Lead complex/major efforts involving the requirements analysis, design, development, and testing of computer programs and/or application components.
- Hands on development, capable of debugging the system and fixing the production related issues.
- Strong ability to analyze functional needs that drive the analysis and technical design of quality technical solutions.
- Recommends solutions that are aligned with business/IT strategies and complies with corporate architectural standards.
- Resolves complex application and technical problems.
- May serve as departmental liaison to interdepartmental or interdivisional project initiatives.
- Maintains knowledge of emerging technologies; Provides mentoring and training to more junior staff.
- Handles complex operational tasks and recommends processing and technology changes.
- Ability to lead technical project teams.
- Performs software architecture and systems design.
Tasks and Responsibilities:- Excellent problem solving abilities.
- Strong experience with JAVA/J2EE, Weblogic, Web Services and SOAP protocol
- Strong experience with PL/SQL and Oracle is a must
- Strong Business intelligence experience especially with tools such as Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) is a big plus.
- Experience with Dimensional Modelling , OLAP and Data Integration is a big plus.
- Experience in financial service industry with good knowledge of investment management is a must.
- Experience with real estate and mortgages is a big plus
- Candidate must posses strong work ethics, should be a self starter and must posses strong written and oral skills.
- US Citizen or possess a Green Card.

Required education/experience:Bachelor or Masters in Computer, Science, Computer Engineering, or related experience with 10+ yrs of experience . Typically experienced across multiple Information Technology areas and all system / applications software development.
. Serves as point of escalation for complex issues.
. Responsible for developing and executing project plans, as well as coordinating groups of IT staff.
