Convergence Consultant - Voice/DataNew YorkOur client requires a Convergence Consultant to work within their Voice Engineering Department in New York. The role is to develop and implement new voice technologies and protocols. The successful candidate must have prior working experience with implementing SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) protocol and have prior working experience and engineering knowledge of Avaya (7 years preferred), experience with British Telecom trading turrets and Voiceprint recording systems is a plus.
