" Create and maintain RunBooks and Work Instructions. " Provide a second level support; lead service incident and problem resolution efforts to support entrusted applications/products. " Work closely, provide timely updates and documentation to Tier 1 support team. " Collaborate with development teams on systems design enhancements and systems serviceability. " Assure compatibility of components and operating characteristics of subsystems or multi-product environment to ensure effective operation.
