How to find the authoritative name Servers for a domain What is machine.config, how it is different from web.config What is a SOAPAction header " Minimum Years of 5 years of Information Technology implementation or support experience (ideal candidate would have their past experience in the support of production environments around company services VERSUS support of desktop or exchanges/users). Environment is SQL Server and .NET platform. " A bachelors degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering etc.) preferred or equivalent professional experience. Prefer candidates with a development background (person may have gotten bored with codes). " Primary technical skills o Advanced knowledge of Windows Platform and Microsoft Back Office (2000/2003) o OR - Advanced knowledge and hands on in storage technologies (SAN,NAS) (hands on storage experience - architect level) o Practical knowledge of communications protocols and networking technology o Basic knowledge of Scripting technologies (VB, etc.) " Secondary technical skills o Load Balancing. (build redundant system - software/hardware from vendors, configure systems) o Knowledge of Security and associated technologies. (secure protocol) o Knowledge of Management systems. o Knowledge of hardware platforms. " Schedule and implement production changes such as new applications, software upgrades, roll out of security and system patches, bug fixes, etc. " Participate in implementation of new products and capabilities, review and contribute to PIA, design documents. " Create and maintain RunBooks and Work Instructions. " Provide a second level support; lead service incident and problem resolution efforts to support entrusted applications/products. " Work closely, provide timely updates and documentation to Tier 1 support team. " Collaborate with development teams on systems design enhancements and systems serviceability. " Assure compatibility of components and operating characteristics of subsystems or multi-product environment to ensure effective operation. " Be aware and ensure compliance with Company design, testing and documentation standards and practices which are applicable to the project/product and are current within the department.
