SGA has a financial client in Durham, NC looking for a 2nd level support contractor for their Equities Execution Systems. Candidates will be doing problem troubleshooting, root cause analysis and facilitation of both short and long-term solutions. You will be asked to own a problem through resolution and issue prioritization and escalation. REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

2+ years of Exchange Links Support. Knowledge of FIX protocols Proficient in Unix, Windows and Sybase or Oracle environments min 2+ years of experience. Proficient in writing SQL queries 2+ years of solid experience on Oracle/Sybase Familiarity with Perl and Unix shell scripting Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Technical Support experience
