Experience:
We are currently looking for a Technical Writer for a 3 month contract in Syracuse, NY.
Resource will provide ongoing support for a work transition project. The responsibility of the individuals will be to document existing work practices and write detailed procedures. These procedures will be used for training purposes and as a support to employees performing the work. Travel to Melville, Long Island is required (several weeks).
SKILLS
Proficient with MS Office Skills, HyperSnap, and screen recording technology. Must have good typing skills, work independently / be self-motivated, work within fast-paced, changing environment and be able to deliver timely results within compressed timeframes. Must be able to work effectively with others and manage challenging situations.
EDUCATION
BS or equivalent experience.
