Duties and Responsibilities:
Development of projects supporting Global Security Master, Real Time Market data.
Key accountabilities include development, testing, implementation, and support.
Key member who is part of the team that is involved in continuous improvement of processes, product development, product quality and technology.
Successful candidate would take ownership of one of the key parts of application.
Tools/Technologies/Skills:
Candidate should have 5+ years of experience in development of Market Data products in a global financial services company or vendor.
Experience in Core Java.
Proficiency with Databases(Oracle/SQL Server).
Experience in Kdb/Q a plus.
Experience in designing/supporting global financial application a plus.
Familiarity with Agile, RAD, etc a plus.
Experience and knowledge of Equity products and instruments
Proficiency with computer technologies Java, Linux, middleware (transports), signal generation, and OO Design.
