. We are seeking entrepreneurial individuals to join as an ISD Help Desk Analyst within our ISD department. The New York ISD is responsible for managing the IT infrastructure in North and South America. They work closely with the London, Memphis and Toronto ISD teams as well as with Head Office staff in Sydney. You would report to the New York Service Delivery Manager. The role of the Help Desk Analyst is a new position to the New York team and comes about due to recent growth within our US Businesses. Initially this is a 6 month contract position.This role is to provide a cost effective, single point of contact for the IT support needs of the business. It is also to respond to client needs in the most efficient manner, ensuring minimum impact on the smooth running of the business.
