We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Services Analyst in New York City. This person will provide support to the company?s internal and external IT infrastructure including desktops, application servers, data and telecommunications networks. This is a very hands on role requiring advanced technical expertise and exceptional customer service management. Ideal candidate will have advanced Microsoft XP and Office skills, prior training experience, basic desktop support skills and ability to troubleshoot network issues. This position also plays a role in providing strategic input to further the development of the company?s global IT infrastructure and IT services function.

Experience: The ideal candidate will possess the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Must have excellent organizational and communication skills and attention to detail; able to prioritize and have strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong service mentality. Relevant computer qualifications/certifications preferred Microsoft Certification a plus. Minimum 3 years experience in analyzing and troubleshooting issues with Windows XP and all versions of Microsoft Office products. Experience with PC configuration, installation and maintenance of desktop applications. Experience with Microsoft Server solutions including Windows 2000/2003 Server, Exchange Server, SQL Server, Active Directory TCP/IP experience is critical. Prior end-user training experience.
