DUTIES >> The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and delivering programs to drive demand for BEA products. This individual will have direct responsibility for the generation of new high-quality leads in the NY Financial and Philadelphia regions. This individual will bring industry, technology, and tactical expertise to evaluate the mix of demand creation programs that will most effectively drive lead targets, and ensure the flawless execution of packaged seminars, workshops, and other innovative demand creation programs. Activities and tasks associated with this position include: oWork with Regional Sales Director(s), Telesales and Alliances to evaluate demand creation opportunities and generate program concepts to create a mix of programs that maximizes lead generation each quarter. oSet the region's marketing strategy by leveraging messages and programs created by WW Marketing for all programs including seminars, workshops, roundtables, conferences, in-account seminars, regional user groups, etc. oDrive channel and business development programs at a field level to generate leads and team with sales to develop those leads into opportunities that close.
