Client has 100 users (40 MACs = 10 Powerbook laptops, 30 Desktops_60 PC/laptops) Retail store on location. Candidate will work 7-4. ? Candidate must be available to travel if necessary (less than 20%) and must be willing to carry a company cell phone or blackberry to be reachable for after hours support when necessary. Some after hours work will be required for problem resolution and support of maintenance schedules. ? Candidate should have both PC & MAC experience, but if candidate happens to have more PC than that also acceptable. ? Candidate must have experience working with windows technologies such as, Exchange 2000/2003, Active Directory, Office Suite, OS X, firewalls (experience with Illustrator, Adobe, Blackberry Enterprise Server a plus). ? Some experience working with Cisco and HP equipment. Preferably a candidate with a CCNA certification. Knowledge of Netscreen firewall/VPN a plus. ? Telephony experience is a plus, both traditional TDM (cross-connects) and VoIP would be an added plus. ? Candidate must have desk side experience working with executive level users because this position will mostly be user facing. ?
