Mandatory Requirements
Note: Candidates not meeting the following mandatory requirements will not be considered for further evaluation:
1. Associate Degree.
2. Two or more years experience developing applications in a Window NT/2000 environment.
Desirable Experience Preferred for These Positions
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Four or more years demonstrated experience working directly with customers to identify their business processes, rules, application user requirements, and business process re-engineering; and leading the technical design process for large scale n-tiered, web based applications.
3. Four or more years demonstrated experience developing complex (n-tier) interactive web applications using ALL of the following: VB.Net, ASP, ASP .Net, HTML, VB Script, Java Script, Visual Interdev; developing complex middle tier components using ALL of the following: VB, ADO, Dcom, Com+, MTS, VB.NET, ADO.Net, Com+Interop; using PL/SQL to write stored procedures and triggers for Oracle database(s); and leading development teams of 4 or more programmers for these large scale n-tiered, web based applications.
4. Four or more years demonstrated experience designing Oracle database(s); and in developing security for large scale, n-tiered, web based applications including both database role driven security and Siteminder security.
