Mandatory Requirements
Note: Candidates not meeting the following mandatory requirements will not be considered for further evaluation:
1. Five years experience in designing and implementing high volume multiple database environments (specifically Oracle 7.x, Oracle 8)
2. Three years experience in design strategies for migration from hierarchical structures to relational databases and integrating those on multiple platforms.
3. Three years experience in design and implementation of data warehousing and data mart activities in a heterogeneous database environment.
4. Three years experience in the development and implementation of operational standards and protocols.
5. Three years experience in knowledge transfer, transition of systems and mentoring.
Desirable Experience Preferred for These Positions
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2. Five (5) or more years demonstrated experience developing data warehouse solutions in an Oracle environment, including: data modeling using enterprise modeling tools in a 3 tiered data warehousing environment; design tuning for performance; and DW technical lead experience; with Two (2) or more years experience using Oracle Warehouse Builder in an Oracle 9i or 10g environment.
3. Three (3) or more years demonstrated experience in establishing data security protocols and database level security schemes.
4. Applied knowledge of the Corporate Information Factory framework.
