Major client has immediate opening for an Organizational Change Strategy - Associate Partner-Industrial. Must be willing to travel up to 100%. Successful candidate will lead and deliver on client's objectives and take full responsibility for managing resources, priorities, business objectives, and policies within deadlines. Will be accountable for sales and the overall engagement's success and profitability, and will build strong trusted relationships with clients and use ability to influence clients, including closing new sales or up-selling opportunities. Will be a positive role model and mentor to other team members. Strong sales business development experience (proven experience closing new sales or up-selling opportunities) . Experience leading a change management practice .
