Projects will vary in scope and environment, with some requiring near full-time presence at client site, while others will be run out of their Manhattan headquarters. Almost all of their development projects utilize an Agile development process, with monthly deliverables on most accounts.

Qualified candidates will possess most of the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of commercial software development experience.

- 2+ years of C#/.Net development experience.

- Capital Markets industry expertise with trading or other financial system development.

- Strong understanding of multi-threaded or real-time software architectures.

- Experience leading teams of other engineers of 3-10 people.

- Strong communication skills.
