Organizational Change Strategy Associate Partner-Retail or CPG in White Plains, NY

Major client has immediate opening for an Organizational Change Strategy Associate Partner-Retail or CPG. Candidate must live within 50 miles of one of the following cities: Boston, Philadelphia, Chicago, New York City, White Plains, Washington DC, Atlanta, Denver, San Francisco or Los Angeles. Candidate must be willing to travel up to 100%. Successful candidate will be able to lead and deliver on client's objectives and take full responsibility for managing resources, priorities, business objectives, and policies within deadlines. Will be accountable for sales and the overall engagement's success and profitability, and will build strong trusted relationships with clients and use ability to influence clients, including closing new sales or up-selling opportunities. Will be a positive role model and mentor to other team members. Experienced in organization change strategy consulting and Mastery of organization change strategy, market/customer, financial, and other quantitative analysis or business trends; Experienced in leading a team of consultants; delivering on client's objectives and relationship building; comprehensive capabilities in exhibiting articulate and clear communication, both verbal and written with strong listening skills; demonstrated leadership and ability to sell (close new sales or up-sell opportunities); knowledgeable in Retail and CPG industries. Experience: Candidate Must Have: . Mastery of organization change strategy, to include change readiness assessment, communication plan development, leadership development . Experienced in leading a team of consultants; delivering on client's objectives and relationship building . Demonstrated leadership and ability to sell (close new sales or up-sell opportunities) .
