MANDATORY Requirements:
NOTE: CANDIDATES WHO DO NOT MEET ALL MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR FURTHER EVALUATION
1. Minimum of 2 years experience with developing voice and data documentation and procedures
2. Minimum of 2 years experience using Microsoft word, and that experience should include using templates, styles and indexing documents to perform searches.
3. Minimum of a 2 year degree in information technology, technical writing, or English.
DESIRABLE Experience Listed in order of importance: (add additional sheets if necessary):
1. 2 years experience as an Information Technology Writer.
2. Direct experience with data and voice networking concepts and practices.
3. Direct experience with defining a framework for information technology documentation.
4. Direct experience producing training materials, user documents, process documents, manuals, terms of service and marketing materials
5. Direct experience using Visio, Publisher, Excel and Outlook.
6. Direct experience with project management principles and process
