Commercialization Manager in New York, NY

A. Basic Function: This position is critical in integrating new products and major product releases into existing GTS operational processes. The GTS Commercialization Manager is a program manager, responsible for overseeing operations for new products and product releases primarily during the alpha and beta periods. This role impacts GTS product support and services processes, and will require interaction with many different departments and functions within DoubleClick. B. Key Accountabilities

Working with Product Management and GTS to identify potential C1, C2, and C3 commercialization projects

Working with Product Management and GTS to create overall time line for commercialization project plans

Create and manage project plans for each commercialization project

Identify GTS resources needed for each commercialization project

Assemble a virtual GTS team to learn the new product / release and work with alpha and beta clients

Work with Product Management to coordinate meetings with all Commercialization teams

Hold weekly meetings with virtual GTS team

Send periodic status reports to key stakeholders for commercialization projects

Create operation services plan for each commercialization project

Lead GTS Readiness team on commercialization projects (including running weekly meetings and troubleshooting issues)

Create a project retrospective/post mortem document upon completion of a commercialization project and identify process improvements C. Metrics

Operational

Successful completion of commercialization projects

Were alpha and beta clients happy with support during trial (EBS Survey)

Operations plan completed

New Product / Release incorporated successfully into GTS

Time line met (relative to any product issues) D. Knowledge and Skill Requirements

Demonstrated problem solving skills required

Familiarity and / or experience in working as a liaison with technology teams

Familiarity with Internet Technology

Good understanding of Microsoft Office suite
