A strong candidate for this exciting opportunity will bring 3 or more years of experience in technology recruiting, sales and/or hands-on development experience with a proven track record of success. Experience in the recruitment/staffing industry and local market knowledge is a definite asset but not required. You bring a high level of communication skills as well as excellent selling, negotiating and problem-solving abilities. A combination of account management, account development and/or sales IT experience is a must. IT certifications are highly desired, such as CIS, MIS, MCSE, MCPD, MCSD and/or MCDBA.
