Our Westchester based company is looking for a seasoned, highly experienced detail oriented MySQL Server DBA to join its team.
The correct person will have a can do attitude, willing to wear many hats with extensive experience in designing, implementing and supporting large databases.

Requirements:
* 10 years' experience with relational databases
* Minimum of 4 years' recent experience with MySQL
* Experienced with MySQL replication
* Experienced with MySQL data recovery procedures
* BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience
* Experienced with complex Internet database systems having millions of queries per day
* Good working knowledge of Windows Server
* Can create triggers and events
* Data modeling and schema design
* Constant desire to tune the database
* Prefers high availability but can function with ease without it
* Willingness to work on smaller projects as needed
* Experience with writing scripts in PHP
