Responsibilities:
Able to identify opportunities consistent with the groups basic principles based on the persons understanding of the process, by doing best practice scanning, understanding the technology marketplace..
Can lead conceptual problem solving..to develop product designs to address needs.
Partner with stakeholders to develop solutions, refine designs.
Work with the firms IT function, external vendors, to prototype, pilot, evaluate and build new offerings.
Lead problem solving and make difficult trade-off decisions that best address user needs.
Assess impact thru quantitative analysis.
Skills required:
Proven ability to deliver results on large complex projects.
Strong problem solving skills.especially in issue identification, problem structuring and creative solution development.
High tolerance for ambiguity, ability to make independent progress on loosely defined problems.
Significant experience leading through projects with multiple work streams and deliverables.
Strong written and presentation skills
Interest in exploring the impact of technology on work processes.
Background and Training required:
Management consulting experience would be a big plus.
Experience designing and/or managing technology products for a technology vendor or other technology focused company
Experience designing products to meet consumer needs outside of the IT space.
