Description
Individuals must have at least 4+ years experience on a pharmaceutical/corporate helpdesk, be well versed in the Microsoft XP Operating System, MS Office, and posses excellent communication skills.
Window 2000- XP
Microsoft Office and Outlook/Exchange Server setup
VPN/ Extranet remote connectivity support
Trouble ticket entry with Remedy or similar program
Helpdesk phone support experience & deskside technical support
Plus:
Pharma sales support
Handheld devices (Blackberry)
Laptop Hardware break/fix
