Lead and manage the planning and execution of projects across the concentrate, co-packingand bottling plants world wide. Work together with customer to identify resources
and support needs. Facilitate definition of success criteria, develop execution
strategy including CQV and startup Define project deliverables and Technology
Transfer and training strategy. Leverage internal end external resources to deliver
project success criteria Lead all required plant trials from Pilot to Scale-Up
and Commercial trials Develop and manage realistic project timelines. Define
communication strategy (i.e. meetings, frequency, e-room, etc.) Effectively work
with and influence team functional representatives Work together with the project
sponsor to ensure alignment on project plans. Conduct appropriate project risk
assessments and defining a mitigation plan Provide timely recommendations for
effectively meeting project deliverables
