Design core network and provide forecast reports on network elements to ensure the needed capacity and functionally to keep the network ahead of the growth plans. This position coordinates with Corporate Engineering, equipment vendors, and local technical staffs in order to develop plans and matrices for network growth, efficiency, and quality. This person ensures network stability accomplished through activities such as the effective network traffic analysis, thorough network testing and team work with other departments and markets.

Experience: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or related field or equivalent related experience/education
4 years of related experience including 5ESS and ECP, MSC traffic engineering and MSD routing and translations.
Knowledge and experience with Wireless PCS and/or Cellular networks
Knowledge of Prospect/Watchmark, Unix, SQL, MS Access and VB
