Systems Administrator
Our client, a well-established manufacturer and distributor of high quality nutritional supplements, is looking to immediately hire a Systems Administrator to install, configure and maintain Windows servers including web servers in support of business processing requirements. Responsibilities include the design, documentation and implementation of web servers; backup and recovery; performance monitoring and tuning. The ideal candidate will have a solid knowledge of Internet technologies and understand what it takes to manage a high availability Windows environment.
Additionally, the Systems Administrator will have experience working in a high web traffic environment. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with server architecture, Windows OS internals and security practices, IIS, Active Directory, DNS, and LDAP. Windows 2003 server networking, including IIS 6.0 installation, configuration and support • Strong Web administration experience in IIS 6 • Microsoft SQL 2000/2005 Server knowledge and skills. Must have good communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
