Project Director for strategic finance projects including:
• Design and implementation of Essbase systems supporting finance functions (Month end reporting, Budgeting /Forecasting, harmonization of data bases across company etc)
• Focus on process redesign and suggestions for improvement of processes and systems.
• Preparation of annual project plan and presentation to Steering Committee.
• Design and implementation of analytical tools to allow for better analysis of data for use in management decisions
• Control over quality of data
Provide systems support / project leadership for financial systems initiatives for all PR Groupe companies in the US
• Lead member in designing financial reporting and analytical tools.
• Must be results oriented with an eye toward process improvements, streamlining work flow. and maximizing efficiency of financial planning/reporting tools.
CONTACT:
Experience: a. Education: Bachelors Degree in accounting or finance – MBA (or equivalent) preferred.
b. Experience / Background: Project management experience with design and implementation of systems projects – ability to manage cross-functional project teams, strong knowledge and experience with brand analysis – good understanding of GL systems ability to interact with other departments (at all levels) in order to harmonize shared data bases across the company.
c. Skills Necessary For Superior Performance: Strong project management experience, strong knowledge of financial planning and reporting systems and functionality (particularly Hyperion Essbase), strong presentation and training skills (necessary in roll out of new systems).
