PSC is currently looking for a Desk Side Support Technician to join our team in Rochester, NY.
Position Responsibilities:
This person will provide technical support by performing installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of personal computer and related software/hardware. Troubleshoot software and hardware failures and identify network problems when related to personal desktop computers. Activities include recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps. Screens, refers, and diagnoses internal inquiries and work requests as they relate to maintenance of personal computers utilizing experience and understanding of Perot Systems' MIS environment. There may also be some phone support.
Required Skills:
Windows 2000/XP Experience
Strong knowledge of PC/Laptop hardware
Strong troubleshooting skills PC/Laptop software
Desired Skills:
Desktop Support experience
Lotus Notes experience
Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma
