Immediate need for a Help Desk Technician. The position will include providing maintenance and support on all levels. Position also involves installing, configuring and maintenance to external customers as well. Position will include managing all work requests efficiently, training new users on the programs, and interacting both with co-workers and management team. The ideal candidate should possess their BS in Computer Science (AAS will be considered), 1+ year of experience, technical certifications including A+, N+ or MCP and a strong knowledge of WAN and LAN. Candidate should also possess strong communication skills, a valid Drivers License as well as reliable transportation, the ability to be on an on-call basis, and experience working with Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2003 is a plus.
